Test Coordinator Information: Additional Orders – Return Materials
Do not submit additional orders prior to receiving your initial shipment of test materials, including any back orders of items in your initial shipment of test materials. All test materials should be inventoried prior to submitting any additional orders. If additional test materials are needed, submit an order in PearsonAccessnext. If ordering larger quantities that will not fit in the initial order’s shipping return materials, Test Coordinators need to include the following materials in their order:
- Scorable Materials Return School Header–one per grade/subject
- Pearson Scorable Return Labels
- Pearson Nonscorable Return Labels
- UPS Scorable Return Labels
- UPS Nonscorable Return Labels
- Paper Bands–one band per 20 students
When ordering test booklets and answer documents for mathematics, ensure the appropriate mathematics tools are included in the order.
- Ruler (grades 3–8)
- Protractor (grades 4–7)
- Mathematics Reference Sheet (grades 5–high school)
Note: For grades 4–high school, students need both test booklets and answer documents. Remember to order both if necessary.

Human Reader Scripts are considered secure materials and should be returned to Pearson with nonscorable materials after the completion of testing.
