The following communication was developed to help school and district Technology Coordinators prepare for and administer the 2017-2018 PARCC assessments. Monthly technology updates will include technology information, implementation resources, hot topics, and troubleshooting guidance. Important Update: TestNav: iOS 11.1 Supported
Pearson has added support for iOS 11.1 after validating a fix regarding test security.
Please note that App Check does not work with iOS 11.1. Users who attempt to use App Check with this iOS version must restart the device to continue testing.

ProctorCache Versions for 2017-18
For PARCC organizations Precaching in 2017-18, the ProctorCache software available at http://download.testnav.com/ is not required for the PARCC Fall 2017 Administration, but is required for the PARCC Spring 2018 administration.
Note: Only the most recent installer version (2017.16) is available for download.
You can find your ProctorCache version at the bottom of the ProctorCache Admin page in the browser.
If you need to update ProctorCache to a more recent version, uninstall the previous version. Then, reboot the computer and install the more recent version. You can uninstall ProctorCache using the software removal process for your operating system.
